Workshop
Sign-up

You can register for all of our jewelry workshops online. Each class listing on our website has a link to take you directly to the registration page. Payment is required in full to guarantee your spot in the workshop. If it will not allow you to pick a space, the class is likely full. If you have any trouble signing up online please call us at 828-989-8107 and/or send an email to info@ignitejewelrystudios.com so we can help you.
After registration, you will receive a confirmation email with any additional class information and directions to the studio.


Cancellations & Refunds

If a workshop is canceled by Ignite for any reason, you will receive notice and a full refund. Minimum class size is 2. In the event of low registration, we reserve the right to cancel class 24 hours before start time for a full refund.

Weekly Workshops and Sessions
Cancel a full 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund minus processing fees for any of our Weekly Workshops (Silver Stacking Rings, Enamel a Charm, Simply Charmed , Pebble Stacking Rings etc.) No refund will be given if within the 48 hour period.

Skills Workshops
Students can cancel their reservation for a refund minus processing fees up to 10 days before a Skills Workshop . No cancellations are accepted after the 10-day deadline, however, we will do what we can to try and sell your place to a qualified student. If we can fill your place, you will receive a refund less processing fees and a $75 cancellation fee. If we are not able to fill your place in class, you forfeit your tuition. This currently applies to but is not limited to: Metalsmithing 101, Bezel Set Ring, Make a Chain Link Bracelet, and Wedding Bands Workshop.

Guest Instructors
Students can cancel their reservation and receive a credit or request a refund up to 14 days before a Guest Instructor workshop, less processing fees and a $75 cancellation fee. No cancellations are accepted after the 14-day deadline, however, we will do what we can to try and sell your place to a qualified student. If we can fill your place, you will receive a refund less processing fees and a $75 cancellation fee. If we are not able to fill your place in class, you forfeit your tuition. If a class has not reached its minimum capacity (which varies by class) we reserve the right to cancel 2 weeks before the class starts and you will receive a full refund.

Private Workshops

All private workshops must be cancelled 10 Days in advance for a full refund minus processing fees. Any cancellations within the 10 days up to 48 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund minus processing fees. No refunds will be given if within the 48 hour period.

If you sign up for the wrong class, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours) to fix the issue. Refunds will not be given past the 24 hours.

Lodging and meals are not included. We do provide recommendations for each so feel free to contact us!

If you don't show up to class, there are no refunds , no rescheduling, and no credits.
